Ladies 14 karat yellow gold blue topaz, sapphire, and natural diamond necklace. This necklace features one blue topaz weighing 9.10 ct. Beneath the blue topaz is 0.17 ct. of prong set round brilliant cut diamonds and 0.09 ct. of prong set round brilliant cut blue sapphires in the shape of two dolphins making a window effect.
